This is where we will send your profits on the 1st and 16th of every month. If you do not complete your payee information we will not know where to send your profits so make sure you complete it
Also
MAKE SURE you set up the pricing in your web-store. The default price setting gives you a $2.00 profit on every item. You can make a lot more on many products, clocks and watches for example, while $2.00 is too much on a charm. Go through the entire product pricing list and set all of your prices to a level you feel is competitive while still providing you with an acceptable profit.
It is
important to remember that you need to
update your prices when you add new products to your store otherwise they will automatically be set to the default pricing.
Choose a theme and build your store
You can pick any theme you like, animals, fish, cartoons, flowers, cars, people, club or school logo etc. Anything goes. It is best to pick a theme(s) that you are interested in yourself. Once you have your theme(s) you will need to find digital photographs depicting your theme. You can take the pictures yourself, buy them or find un-copyrighted pictures on the Internet.
Once you have a good selection of photographs, upload them to your web-store using the “File Manager” and you are ready to start creating an unlimited number of products.
As we already said, you should view our flash demos before you start creating products as they will show you exactly how to create and add products to your web-store without any problems.
Reduced Competition

For example, ebay and Amazon are both

Initial Marketing of your Web-store
As everybody knows, you could have the best website in the world but if nobody knows its there, you will never make a single cent.
To get your business up and running quickly there are two places you can go to where you will get great and immediate exposure for your products. Because of the lack of massive competition (as mentioned above) we recommend you start out by selling on ebay, which will enable you to start making money immediately. You will find that our products will consistently provide you with profit margins of 30% to 40%.
Selling on ebay* will also demonstrate to you just how popular our products are, this will then give you the confidence to follow this tutorial all the way through and provide you with the opportunity to build a very significant income.

The other advantage of using ebay when you first get started is it will provide you with an instant positive cash flow.
When you list on ebay they invoice you for the cost at the end of the month and you typically do not have to pay them until around the middle of the following month.
So the mechanics are as follows:
1 You list an item.
2 You sell an item to the buyer
3 They pay you through Paypal
4 You receive the payment, less Paypal fees ($0.30 plus 2.9%) into your own Paypal account
5 You order the item from us and pay us via Paypal.
Your profit remains in your Paypal account
6 We process the order and ship it directly to your buyer
The other place to get great and immediate exposure is Amazon. You will find that our products can be sold at a higher price on Amazon and will consistently provide you with profit margins of 40% to 50%. However, you need to be aware that Amazon collects the payments from buyers on the seller’s behalf and only disburses the payments to the seller on a two-week cycle. This means that you have to finance your sales for up to a maximum of 18 days, which is something you may not be in a financial position to do.
If you do decide to sell on Amazon it is most important that you set up your shipping terms accurately, because if you don’t, Amazon will automatically email buyers with an estimated shipping time of four days. As our deliveries take 8 to 12 business days this will cause you massive problems if you don’t do it properly. I suggest if you are going to sell on Amazon that you contact them and they will explain to you exactly how to deal with the shipping time issue so you can avoid any problems.
Ebay (and possibly Amazon depending on your financial circumstances) are just my suggested starting point(s) for your business. The reason I’m telling you that here is because I don’t want you thinking…. “Yeah, I’ve heard it all before”….. believe me when I tell you… you have not heard anything yet….the real meat is still to come… Read on…..

Similar numbers apply to all of our 200+ products. This illustrates very clearly how profitable our products are on Ebay.
We will not look closely at Amazon at this stage, even though you can sell at higher prices than on Ebay, because when you sell on Amazon you need to finance your sales for a couple of weeks until Amazon disburses your sales revenue to you (see above). All we want to do here is show you how to make money with no investment so we will ignore Amazon for now.
List some of your products on Ebay
Before we go on we would like to make it clear that the following suggestions and information are not intended to be the “Ebay bible”, rather just our advice as to what works well.
Almost all of our web-store owners that sell on Ebay also have their own Ebay Store (visit www.ebay.com for information on how to set up your own Ebay Store).
An Ebay Store is a great place to list a lot of items cheaply, at time of writing you can list a product (with an unlimited quantity available) for just 3 cents per month.
We strongly suggest you open your own Ebay store and list at least 500 to 1,000 items. (Remember, you can create as many items in your web-store as you like at no cost)
How to drive traffic to your Ebay Store
It is very easy to drive lots of traffic to your Ebay Store. All you need to do is create a minimum of 10 regular low priced (Teaser) auctions per day, which you can relist weekly to save lots of additional work.
Within the auction description place a link that directs visitors to your Ebay Store, something like,
“Visit our Ebay Store to browse hundreds of other unique items”.
Make sure your “Teaser Auctions” are making money for you.
We suggest you use Italian Charms in your Teaser Auctions for the following reason:

You can expect to sell around 40% of the “Teaser Auctions” you list. Therefore if you list 10 “Teaser Items” per day at a total cost of $1.50 you should expect to sell four of them producing you a gross profit of $5.24
Out of your profit of $5.24 you need to pay for the listings, that’s 10 items at 15 cents each or a total of $1.50.
The net result of this technique is a daily profit of about $3.74 (5.24 in profits less listing fees of $1.50). Over the course of a month that amounts to a profit of around $112
Is it worth it you ask yourself???
The answer is clearly no, however, we have not taken into account sales from your Ebay Store.
Neither have we taken into account that
you are actually getting paid to advertize
Let’s take a look at the impact your Ebay Store has on your profits
Assuming you list 10 Teaser Auctions per day you can expect to make 2 to 4 sales from your Ebay Store on a daily basis. These items offer better profit margins, such as the Heart Shaped Italian Charm Watch we looked at earlier.
Let’s say you sell 3 heart shaped watches per day…
With a profit of $7.60 (see example above) per watch you are generating additional profits of about $22.80 per day, or $684 per month.
Now, so you fully understand the profit situation, you need to understand that you will have incurred additional costs from your Ebay Store so this is not all profit.
The cost of your Ebay Store, if you list lets say 500 items will be:
Monthly subscription to Ebay $15.95 and Listing costs (500 items @ $0.03) $15.00
Total $30.95
So your actual monthly profits will look something like this:
Profits from Teaser Auctions $112 plus the Profits from your Ebay Store $684
Total $796
Less additional costs $ 31 (Rounded to nearest $ )
Net Profit $765
Now, if you were to list 20 Teaser Auctions per day and have 1,000 items in your Ebay Store your profits would likely be in the region of $1,500 plus per month.
Lets ask you the same question again….Is it worth it??
The answer now is a resounding yes….. and this is only the beginning!
There is so much more you can do to increase your profits multiple times…. However, we will get back to that later because we want to take a few minutes of your time explaining the mechanics of how this is all going to work for you.
So you made your first sale…. How do you process it?
Ebay will send you an email when you make a sale. If it is an auction sale you will need to send out an invoice (simple click of a button on the Ebay site) and the buyer will pay you via Paypal. If it is a sale from your Ebay Store (Buy It Now Listing) the buyer will have already paid.
So, let’s say you sold an Italian Charm for $3.94 including shipping. Your Paypal account will be credited with $3.94 less the Paypal fees of $0.41 . So you will have actually received a net amount of $3.53
You now need to instruct us with the details of the sale and delivery instructions.
Simply log into your web-store, purchase the charm from your store for a cost of $1.99 (we will provide you with a free shipping code to avoid shipping costs) and fill out the delivery address on the check out page. At check out you will pay us the $1.99 with Paypal.
We will then process the order and ship it directly to your buyer who will receive it in 8 to 12 business days.
From a financial standpoint your Paypal account received $3.53 (net) from the buyer and you paid us $1.99 Therefore you have just bagged an upfront cash flow of $1.54 Remember, this is not all profit because you will have to pay your Ebay fees at the end of the month. The Ebay fees on this transaction would be $0.23 leaving you with a profit of $1.31
More suggestions on how to get the most out of Ebay
When you process an order send the buyer a shipping confirmation email. This is easily done with the simple click of a button on Ebay.
Before you send out any shipping confirmation emails we strongly recommend that you edit the email to include a sales message directing your buyers back to your web-store. Something like:

This is very important when it comes to retaining customers.
Remember we told you when you send your Ebay buyers to your free web-store most of them would go straight to the main www.photogiftsmall.com store to browse a larger selection of products and that meant that you lost a lot of your potential sales.
Well with your own domain name you will ensure that you keep 100% of your own customers.
By owning www.YourName.com hosted by www.photogiftsmall.com, the visitors to your VIP domain store will be yours forever. If they are satisfied with and like your product designs, they will almost certainly re-order from your store again, and they will NEVER be redirected back to www.photogiftsmall.com Plus, if they really like your products, they will refer others to your site.
You have total control over shipping costs
As a VIP Store owner you will never have to pay us any shipping.
The shipping fees you charge will be 100% your profits. You can mark up the shipping fees in your VIP Store as much as you like. You will soon learn that the "shipping fee mark up" will be a big part of your VIP store profits.
We recommend that you do not charge too much for shipping as it will deter buyers. We have found that $6.50 for the first item and between $1 and $2 for additional items works well.

Generating your own Delivery Notes
This is a great tool to promote your VIP Store. Every order we process will be shipped out with your own delivery note enclosed. Therefore it is most important that you complete your Invoice Design under the “VIP Invoice” button within your store.
We never disclose prices on our delivery notes because sales are generated from many different sources. We obviously do not want the buyers to see how much money you made from them, and nor do you!

To most people, the ability to offer free web-stores to third parties does not seem of any great value. They are wrong! As we already told you, it is pretty easy to generate upwards of $200 per day in profits, if you use free web-stores in the right way.
Let’s recap what you already know about the free web-store function on your VIP Store.
As you should already know, you control the shipping price for your VIP Store, and you also control and receive the profits from shipping fees on the free web-stores set up under your domain.
So, for example, if you have taken our advice and set your shipping fee to $6.50 for the first item, you will make $6.50+ (the product margin plus $6.50 shipping) every time a product is sold from a free web-store set up under your domain.
Remember also that it is your delivery note that goes out with the shipment of products purchased from free stores under your domain name. Therefore you will be referring other people’s buyers back to your own VIP store which will create a lot more sales for you.
You should by now be comfortable on the merits of having free stores set up under your domain name, so all you need to learn now is how to get other people and organizations to set up free web-stores under your domain.

Our made-to-order production lines located in China help to save us lots of labor costs and factory rental costs. That is how we can maintain such low and competitive prices. Our average prices are 30% lower than our competitors located in the United States and United Kingdom. There are no significant differences in production and transit times. From the time we receive customer orders, we are able to process them, produce them and send them to Hong Kong Post Office within 48 hours. You can build your business up very quickly with these organizations and the best thing is, you probably already know someone involved in the industry.
You can find a list, broken down geographically, of many of the worlds non-profit organizations here.
It’s also worth checking your local Yellow Pages to find out what non-profits you have in your own area. Don’t just focus on the large organizations like United Way, look for smaller ones too. You will find that Dog/Animal Rescue Groups are a really great source of business and they are really easy to get on board!
You will find enough non-profit organizations in your local area to build a very substantial business for yourself, but even if you know the people that run them, you must approach these organizations in a very professional way or you will get nowhere.
Before you contact anyone, be sure that you know everything about the free web-stores, how they work, how much money an organization can make on half a dozen example items.
